Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe Connaught Barracks buildings stand within the walls of the Saint-Louis Bastion, within the old defence system of Quebec. They are important elements of the military landscape of Quebec City's Upper Town. These buildings are Recognized Federal Heritage Buildings because of their historical associations, and their architectural and environmental values.
