Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Program and ServicesThe delivery method for this project will be Construction Management.This project will address infrastructure requirements to upgrade the Base, the Range & Training Area (RTA), and the Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan.The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include: Renovation of existing buildings and construction of new buildings within the Base Area, including upgrade of sewer, water, gas and electricity. Upgrade for the RTA roads, bridges, fences, fireguards, auxiliary support buildings, and sewage lagoon.
