Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThis project involves the construction of a new energetic materials property testing laboratory, with a gross area of approximately 990 m2, at DRDC Valcartier, with the aim of replacing existing facilities that have reached the end of their lifecycle.The project also includes the installation or modification of the site's service networks, including water, sewer, electricity, and communications services, as well as site design, including roadways, fences, and other features. The project is designed to obtain a "Green Globes" Certification.It is anticipated that the following solicitation will proceed as noted in the table below.
