Advance Procurement NoticeBASE SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT CFB HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice of a potential Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s) . Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitations will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Program and ServicesThe objective of this SOA is to provide the necessary ‘as and when required- environmental services to Base Safety and Environment (BSE) in support of the Pollution Prevention Program. The services will be provided at Department of National Defence (DND) properties throughout Nova Scotia, but will be mainly focused within the Halifax Regional Municipality.Overall SOA value is approximately $1,140,00.00 over four years.The intention is to award the SOA for two years with two additional one-year option extensions if mutually agreed. The initial contract will be awarded to one firm for an approximate value of $290,000.00 per year - a total value of $580,000.00 over the two years.
