Advance Procurement NoticeAir Force Expeditionary Capability Program (AFEC) Mess, Dining and Accommodation (MDA) Project CFB BAGOTVILLE, QUEBEC(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested Design-Builders an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesModified Design Build (MDB) for the design and construction of a new facility to meet modern standards of mess, dining and accommodations for CFB Bagotville. This new facility will include 200 accommodation rooms, 250 people capacity kitchen and dining facilities, a multi-use mess facility with shareable and dedicated space for each membership (Officers, Warrant Officer & Sergeants, and Junior Ranks), administrative areas, and associated auxiliary functions. New facility will be designed to achieve a Net Zero Carbon compliant to support climate-resilient operations.The estimated cost for the design-build services and construction is approximately $183,000,000.
