Description : Advance Procurement Notice Replace Red Room Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Building 275 14 WING GREENWOOD, NOVA SCOTIA (with Security Requirements) Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise. Description of the Project and Services Work under this project involves the replacement of existing Computer Room Air Conditioning units (C.R.A.C. units) in Building 275 at 14 Wing Greenwood, Nova Scotia, and construct a new mechanical room to accommodate the relocation of the new indoor units. Services include the construction of a new addition to Building 275 to house mechanical equipment, and to remove and replace the existing C.R.A.C. Units, with the new C.R.A.C. Units being installed in the new addition. The estimated value of this project is $750,000.00. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in September 2023.
