- Tender are invited for The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation - Canada Growing Business Partnership (ACGBP) project was implemented over 4 years (April 2016 to March 2020) with a recent six-months No-Cost Time Extension (NCTE) extending the completion date to May 31, 2021.The Summative Evaluation for the ACGBP Project is being commissioned at this point in time because: (1) the project is in its final year and (2) the implementing organization submitted a Concept Note for a phase 2 of the project. The purposes of this summative evaluation are to:Inform key stakeholders of the ACGBP results;If applicable, inform phase 2 of the ACGBP project;Inform future similar programming that supports capacity development of micro-small-and medium enterprises.The intended end users of this evaluation are the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada (APFC), the SME Working Group of the APEC Secretariat, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the Evidence Network, the Danang Institute for Socio-Economic Development (DISED) Vietnam, the Indonesian Business Coalition for Women Empowerment, the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines, the APEC Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Peru and the Pan-Asia Regional Programming (OSP) Division of the Asia-Pacific branch (OGM) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD)
