Description : The IESO is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide AODA Document / Digital Content Compliance Services for the IESO. The IESO is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide Document / Digital Content Compliance Services and training and support to help enable the IESO to meet its accessibility requirements. Like all medium to large businesses and organizations across Ontario, the IESO is required to adhere to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (“AODA”). Pursuant to the AODA, all information and web content published on the IESO-s External Website(s) must be published in an accessible format. The IESO is also required to provide written information and other forms of communication in an accessible format to the public and employees upon request. As of January 2021, the IESO-s External Website(s) and web content are required to meet the accessibility requirements outlined in the legislation.
