Synopsis: 3sHealth requires an agreement to deploy one anticoagulation management software program (AMS) through expanding the DAWN AC licensing agreement through the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). This will permit the opportunity to standardize in care, documentation, reporting, and achieve a provincial service to all sites, which could remotely manage patients from the local service area clinics.
