- The following Request for Proposal is seeking a qualified contractor to supply all materials, supplies and labour for the replacement and installation of flooring, lighting and drop ceiling covering at the Anten Mills Community Hall, 3985 Horseshoe Valley Rd. W, Minesing.
The project includes the installation of a suspended ceiling covering 820 Square feet (SF). Installation of commercial-grade luxury vinyl plank (“Wood-look”) flooring covering 1350 square feet. Installation of Slim LED pot lights in a 24 feet x 34 feet dimensions room (816 sq/ft). With 2 (two) of these elements, the existing (Drop ceiling and lighting) will need to be removed and disposed of off-site.
