Description:
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the City) requires a competent and qualified Contractor to provide all supervision, labour, subcontractors (as applicable) equipment, transportation and storage for the removal and setup of two (2) air-supported domes. One (1) dome is located at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre (the “Sportsplex”) and the other is located at Churchill Meadows Community Centre.
The City anticipates purchasing a new dome for the Paramount Fine Foods Centre Sportsplex in fall 2027 under a separate contract. As such, for the Paramount Fine Foods Centre Sportsplex, the scope of this project may be excluded mid term to remove the installation portion for 2027.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City may, at its sole and absolute discretion, elect to add the new dome at this location and/or additional sites to this Contract at a later date through a change order, with no obligation to do so.
