Description:
The Township of Wilmot requires a contractor to complete CCTV sanitary and storm sewer inspections and cleaning of the sanitary and storm sewer lines in various locations throughout the Township of Wilmot. The 2025 inspections in Wilmot are in the settlement of Baden, New Hamburg and Mannheim. Inspection of Brenneman Drive in Baden is to be conducted following the completion of construction on Snyder's Road West, which is anticipated to be complete in October 2025.
The work program shall be a three (3) year term, for the continuous period between:
August 7th, 2025 to December 15th, 2025May 4th, 2026 to December 18th, 2026May 3rd, 2027 to December 17th, 2027
The term may be extended for two (2) additional, one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of all parties, for the continuous period between:May 1st, 2028 to December 15th, 2028May 7th, 2029 to December 14th, 2029
If the work program is extended for the additional terms, the Instructions, Terms, Conditions and Specifications contained within this Document shall apply. The Township is not obligated to renew the contract for the additional term. The price escalation for the 2028 and 2029 terms cannot surpass the percentage increase that the 2027 price escalation is subject to.
