- This Request for Proposals solicits proposals from qualified Proponents to conduct the Annual Performance Inspections (APIs) of water and wastewater community systems for twelve (12) First Nations in the Yukon Region which includes 3 Northern British Columbia communities; and to provide the inspectionresults in a spreadsheet format to be entered into Federal Government CIRNAC Integrated Capital Management System (ICMS) and to provide a final summary report to the be issued to the First Nation.
