- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Annual Fire Life System Inspection, Hood Inspection, Maintenance and Repair, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide annual life safety and equipment inspections, including hood inspections, maintenance, and repair services, in accordance with the Ontario Fire Code and all applicable local fire department requirements. These services will be required at various City-owned locations as outlined in this document.
Contractors must hold the appropriate certifications and be fully qualified to inspect, service, maintain, and repair Edwards and Simplex fire alarm and life safety systems. - Documents:
