- The City of St. John's is seeking professional engineering and architectural services for the comprehensive building review of Anna Templeton Centre located in St John-s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Anna Templeton Centre is a designated heritage structure which originally housed Newfoundland-s first commercial bank in 1890. Since then, the center has acted as a hub for local arts and crafting events. The building consists of brick, block and EIFS finish and includes multiple activity spaces over 4 floors.
The successful proponent will be required to undertake a full building condition assessment, including but not limited to the following: as-built drawing review and site review, envelope investigation, heritage feature review, and issuance of a detailed report intended to inform a formal design process for future tender.
