Description : Request for Proposal: Animation Services OVERVIEW SkillPlan was formed in 1991 to provide workforce development training solutions that address learning challenges in the construction industry. Since its formation, SkillPlan has evolved to become one of the leaders in Canada for Essential Skills workplace solutions. We have over 30 years of experience in workplace instruction, profiling and benchmarking, developing work-related training and skills assessments, designing courses, and training technical trainers for post-secondary institutions and for private and public industries. OBJECTIVE SkillPlan is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Graphic and Animation Services (Animator in 2D and/or 3D animation) and is developing a pool of animators to be used on a regular basis as preferred suppliers.
