Description:
SCOPE Tender for the provision of Lawn Care and Ground Maintenance at project 107 - Anglin Dr. in Saint John, NB, for a one(1) year period starting May 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 with the option to renew for one(1) additional one (1) year period upon agreement by both party. OPTION YEAR PRICING Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. SITE MEETING A site meeting is MANDATORY as per section 1.b) of the attached specification document. The site meeting shall be on April 25, 2025 at 10:00am at in the parking lot below the 80 Anglin Dr. apartment building on the Thornbrough St. end of Anglin Dr. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the Tender Specification resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the Tender.
