- LifeLabs on behalf of Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is currently inviting vendors (defined below) to provide proposals for the supply of certain goods (the “Goods”) as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). An individual or entity responding to this RFP is referred to in this RFP as a “vendor”. This RFP is not a tender and does not create contractual obligations between the Saskatchewan Health Authority and any vendor. This RFP sets forth the key requirements for the Analyzers for Prenatal Screening for Aneuploidy and Open Neural Tube Defects and solicits a detailed response from vendors that shall include service, quality, technology enhancements, pricing, and performance commitments.
