SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
PURPOSE
The City of Surrey (The "City") is seeking Quotations from qualified Contractors with the capability and experience to efficiently, cost-effectively, and successfully provide powered amusement rides for the City's annual special events (the "Services").
The Services shall include but not limited to the supply, delivery, installation, set up, and removal and strike of amusement rides and other related supplies.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The City will require amusement rides for 3 (three) special events annually as follows:
(a) Canada Day Celebration
The Surrey Canada Day site features a large main stage, multiple community stages, food concessions, mid-way amusement rides, fireworks, and a community activity zone. Our talent includes both community and headline performers. Estimated attendance is over 75,000 people throughout the day; at any one time, the maximum on-site capacity is estimated at 35,000 people.
(b) Fusion Festival
