- The National Research Council-s (NRC) Clean Energy Innovation (CEI) Research Center
has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Ammonia Vaporizer System suited for the
continuous supply of gaseous ammonia to a flow controller and fuel injector manifold on
an internal combustion engine for combustion testing of zero carbon fuels. NRC intends
to use this Ammonia Vaporizer for the testing and analysis of carbon-free fuel
combustion.
All the deliverables must be received on or before January 27,2025.
Security Requirements
At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
(a)the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(b)the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(c)the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;
