Description:
As part of the Khalsa Day Parade event safety and emergency planning, we require the provision of two (2) fully equipped ambulances with licensed paramedic staff to ensure rapid medical response along the parade route.Scope of Work: Provision of two (2) ambulances, each staffed with qualified, licensed paramedics or emergency medical technicians (EMTs) Continuous on-site coverage from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the day of the event to respond to medical emergencies or incidents Strategic positioning along the parade route to ensure rapid response times; specific locations will be indicated on a detailed site map provided in advanceVendor Responsibilities: Ensure that all ambulances are fully operational, stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment, and compliant with local health and safety regulations Provide trained personnel capable of handling a wide range of medical situations, including first aid, emergency stabilization, and safe transport to nearby medical facilities if required Maintain readiness to deploy and respond promptly to emergencies throughout the event Coordinate with event organizers and local authorities to integrate into the event-s overall safety planVendors must ensure that ambulances are on-site and fully operational prior to 10:00 AM and remain available until 9:00 PM, with proper documentation of staffing and readiness available upon request.
