Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of aluminum light standards and davits on behalf of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.

SPECIFICATIONS

SUBMITTALS
Please refer to Section 2.4 of the attached document for submittal requirements.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Please refer to Section 2.8 of the attached document.

DELIVERY DATE
Bidder must deliver the goods on or before January 5, 2026, to the Shipping Address stated above. Deliveries after the requested date shall be penalized as per Section 6.6.2 in the attached specification.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon acceptance of submitted shop drawings and the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should not include taxes.

Unit Price MUST include Shipping/Delivery charges.

There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.
