Description:
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOFING, HVAC & RENOVATIONS including:
Provide air conditioning to occupied spaces.Replace roofing sections C, E, J, K, L, M, N (17,794 sq ft)Replace aged HVAC equipment.Replace select exterior windows.Replace select flooring.Room 113 renovations to convert unused lab to regular classroom.Replace existing fire alarm to meet AODA requirements.Replace select aged lighting.Replace and upgrade Main Electrical service.Install approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.Install new gold level pylon sign to support Board branding strategy.as further described herein at:
