- The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.
Design replacement of complete fire alarm systemDesign miscellaneous flooring - a few corridors and the 2nd floor bridge areaDesign new corridor lighting and motion sensor controlDesign to replace select windowsDesign approx. 17,000 ft2 Roofing sections up for replacementProvide a design to upgrade and replace HVAC systems (includes AC) Pre-Design/Schematic phases to include a feasibility report for owner approval to advance to design development.Design to include electrical and structural requirements to support the full building HVAC replacement.Determine if an electrical service upgrade is required to support additional load. If it is determined that a new electrical service is required, these fees will be negotiated.Determine if a gas service upgrade is required to support additional load.
