The City of Barrie (the “City”) is planning to engage the services of a qualified Consulting Engineering firm to design infrastructure upgrades for the Allandale ‘A- neighbourhood in Barrie Ontario. The streets include Jacobs Terrace, Marcus Street, Alfred Street, Campbell Avenue, Wood Street, Centre Street, and Caroline Street. The project will include preliminary design, detailed design, utility relocation recommendations, tender package preparation, and provisional contract administration and construction inspection.
