CreateTO on behalf City of Toronto Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified operator to manage and enhance Allan A. Lamport Stadium, ensuring it continues to serve as a vital community recreation space while also realizing its potential as a premier sports venue. The selected proponent will be responsible for managing all aspects of stadium operations, including facility maintenance, customer service, field bookings, concessions, sponsorship, and capital improvements, and to invest in the revitalization of the stadium. Additionally, the operator will be expected to honor existing commitments, ensure equitable public access, and integrate protections for professional women-s sports teams to use the stadium as a game-day venue. Capital improvements are expected to align with the City-s policies, priorities and sustainability goals.The RFP encourages proponents to partner with qualified stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive strategy that enhances the stadium-s operations while maintaining its role as a vital community asset.
