Description:
Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services to replace an existing flag stone walkway at the Albion Hills Field Center and an existing concrete walkway at the Albion Hills Ski Chalet, located within TRCA’s Albion Hills Conservation Park in the Town of Caledon (16500 Hwy 50).
The project includes the removal of existing walkway infrastructure including existing granular materials and miscellaneous items such as fencing, above-ground lighting infrastructure (e.g., lamp post and base), garden materials (e.g., wood border and plant materials), and other miscellaneous items, and the construction of a new stamped concrete walkway at each location including laying of base materials.
The work for this Contract includes furnishing labour, materials, equipment, services, and other related expenses to execute complete items of work specified under Contract Documents.
The main objective of the Albion Hills Field Centre and Chalet Walkway Replacement Project is to provide new stamped-concrete walkways that improve accessibility, connectivity, safety, and user experience.
