Description:
The Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation (AIOC) is moving into a new office lease space at The Shops at Buffalo Run in Tsuut'ina, AB with tenant improvements estimated to be completed March 31, 2025. The AIOC requires a selection of new furniture and components to complete the new space. This Request for Proposal includes a Basis Of Design document and a furniture intent drawing that provides detailed information on the scope and specifications required for the Goods to be included in the Response. The Basis Of Design document provides a template for the Proponents to create their Response. Proponents are encouraged to provide similar options within their own product lines that meet the general intent. Response is to illustrate intent only. Layouts, quantities, components, materials and finishes may change, and will be finalized with the successful Proponent.Response must include proposed Manufacturer, Model Name, Model Number, Description and a representative image of the Goods proposed. A Response Pricing Form (Appendix B) must be completed and submitted with the bid as well as a Proponent Profile. Proponents may submit more than 1 Response, but must submit each Response separately.All costs must be included in the pricing provided, including but not limited to, Goods, Shipping, Delivery, Installation, Warranty.
