- The AESO is seeking cost estimation services from one or more service providers for a period of approximately two years (with options to extend for three additional one-year terms). These cost estimation services include but are not limited to: (a) AACE Class 5 cost estimates for projects in Stages 1 and 2 of the AESO's Cluster Assessment Process, (b) AACE Class 4 cost estimates for select projects in Stage 2 of the AESO's Cluster Assessment Process, and (c) AACE Class 4 and 5 cost estimates for select system transmission development projects.
