Description:
The Airport Authority is seeking a supplier that can supply, implement, and support an Airport Operational Database (AODB) / Resource Management System (RMS) with Seasonal Planning and Slot Coordination Tools. The project is the implementation of a new Airport Operational Database (AODB) and Resource Management System (RMS) with Seasonal Planning and Slot Coordination Tools including the migration of all historical data from the current system into the new environment. The work is anticipated to include the migration of 3 years of operational data, including 2,298 season schedules, and the configuration data of 203 counters (check-in, self-bag drop, and airline assistance), 123 gates, 253 stands (including terminal, cargo, off-gate, and long-term parking), 11 baggage claim units. 13 baggage make-up units, and 8 offload sheds.Proposal documents may be obtained on or after February 10, 2025 by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority's Supply Chain Office via email at Proposals@yyc.com and cc: SnehalC@yyc.com.Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to The Calgary Airport Authority-s Supply Chain Office, via the instructions posted in the RFP documents.
