- SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability experienced civil contracting firms, to perform construction services for the City-s proposed ‘Airport Lease Lots Development-, that focuses on the earthworks required at existing Merritt Airport lease lots to make them more suitable for future development. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.
Location: The Place of the Work is the lease lot locations (as shown on the Drawings) at Merritt Airport, 4150 Airport Road, Merritt, BC.
Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
The Work may commence anytime after: October 27, 2023Substantial Performance of the Work (Base Work only, not including any Optional Work) must be achieved no later than: April 30, 2024Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 20 calendar days following Substantial Performance.Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.
