- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-23-24 Airport Governance study for Peterborough Airport, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The City is seeking a qualified airport planning consultant with demonstrated expertise supporting Canadian regional airports to complete an Airport Governance Study. The study is aimed at determining the best form of governance for Peterborough Airport in consideration of optimal strategic and operational decision-making and define the arguments, case, and incentive for partnership in changing the airport governance model.
