- The general scope of work for this contract is to provide, in compliance with Transport Canada Aeronautics Act, airside access control duties (Security) in the restricted area of the apron and at the airport for all scheduled, screened flights while Screened aircraft are on the apron and or the security boarding lounge is open. Additionally, the contractor will provide curbside and parking lot monitoring and issue parking violation tickets to vehicles that park without paying, in incorrect zones or illegally. Mandatory site meetings will be held at the Smither Airport for contractors interested in bidding on Wednesday, February 12th at 9am or Tuesday, February 18th at 1pm.
