Description : Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Airfield Electrical Engineering Services: AC202106, Airfield Electrical Engineering Services, Multiple location across Canada. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOA will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $225,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $50,000 and $175,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $450,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased by $775,000.00 at any time.
