Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Air Charter Services for WRHA-Churchill as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Purchaser operates the Churchill Health Centre and is looking for a supplier that can provide: Scheduled air charter services and associated air freight transportation services as further described in Appendix D - RFP Particulars: Flight A: two (2) chartered flights per week to and from Churchill, MB and Winnipeg, MB; Flight B: two (2) chartered flights per week between Churchill, MB and the communities of Tadoule Lake, MB, Brochet, MB and/or Lac Brochet, MB; and Flight C: approximately five (5) chartered flights per year to and from Churchill, MB and Nunavut. Flight D: Occasional chartered flights, on as needed basis as described in Appendix D. 2. Resale of the Purchaser-s unrequired seats on chartered flights
