- Scope of Work/Overview: Work of this Contract comprises general construction and renovation of HVAC Air Handling Unit sensors, located at 101 Colonel By, Ottawa, Ontario; and further identified as the building. Addition of flood sensors on the floors of the AHUs, and as applicable in the mechanical room(s). Addition of pressure sensors on coil piping to identify a leak and shut down the flow to the unit as applicable. Commissioning the new sensors and their integration into the BAS. All activities for this project that are inside the building will need to be fully coordinated in advance with the FM team.
