Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Provision to Provide Power Stretchers for the Emergency Response Services Program in the Province of Manitoba as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The intent is to select, via this RFP process, one successful proponent for Power Stretchers Proponents are encouraged to respond with a complete product line for their equipment, all or some of which may or may not form part of the final agreement. Proponents should also submit a proposal for post-warranty and/or preventative maintenance services which, at the sole discretion of the Purchasers may or may not form part of the agreement.
