  TENDER CALL
  Sealed tenders will be received by Ville de St-Quentin until 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday March 24, 2026, at the Town Hall's reception office, at 10 rue Deschênes, St-Quentin, New Brunswick for the following project:

  Work, in general, consists of a single storey addition to the existing public library building of SaintQuentin, including sidewalks, a new area of approximately 60 m2 on one level.
  
  Tender documents may be requested by phone, email or fax, and may be obtained at the consultant's office, starting Tuesday March 3rd, 2026, upon depositing the sum of $175 HST included, per tender, nonrefundable. Cheque must be made payable to Corbo Inc. Bid documents can be viewed on the Construction Information Network (CINet) of the Construction Associations - Fredericton, Moncton Northeast, and Saint-John, N.B. and PEI for viewing purposes only.
  
  Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of no-less than 10% of the tendered price (including taxes) made payable to Ville de SaintQuentin.
  
  Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing.
