Tender Details SCOPE
This Price Solicitation (PS) is for the supply, and delivery of Aging in NB Guides - 5th Edition as listed below in item description.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.

Prior to production, Bidder(s) are required to send hardcopy proof to Alesha Gaudet, alesha.gaudett@gnb.ca for approval.

Bid(s) which do not meet the required specifications, may not be considered for award.

A combination of delivery and price will be considered when awarding this tender.

DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Bidder(s) are to deliver the goods on or before August 25, 2025, to the above Shipping Address. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.

Deliveries are to be between the hours of 8:15am and 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Shipping and delivery charges MUST be included in the tender price.

Cartons packed in boxes no more than 50 lbs. on skids.

Maximum of 30 guides per box.

Place labels on each box, indicating if contents are English or French
