- This Tender is being called by the Municipality of Clarington on behalf of the Durham Purchasing Cooperative (DPC) to establish a contract for the supply of aggregate road materials, both pick-up and delivery in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Tender. The intent is to establish a registry of suppliers whereby the Durham Cooperative members may purchase their aggregate road material requirements. Selection of suppliers may be at the discretion of the participating Agencies to ensure access to a pit closest to the job site.
It is understood that this Tender shall be open to participation at any time during the term of the contract to members of the Durham Purchasing Cooperative. Wherever the Municipality is referred to in this in this document, it shall be understood as applying to each participating Agency.
