Tender are invited for After Hours Answering Services

Notice Details "NOTICE: This RFP has been extended with updated deadlines to allow for broader participation and ensure greater competition."

In issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP), EM is soliciting proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of after-hours answering services to support patients and healthcare professionals across all regions of New Brunswick under the New Brunswick Extra Mural Program as outlined in section A5.

It is EM's intention to enter into an agreement with one (1) single legal entity. In the event that proponents wish to enter into a joint venture with another entity, EM would contract with only one (1) primary proponent who agrees to assume full legal responsibility for the venture and performance of the contract.
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of EM to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of two (2) years.

The volumes outlined in this RFP are estimates only and are subject to change. EM does not guarantee these projected volumes, or any minimum volumes, and cannot be held liable for any variance in projected volumes provided and actual usage. EM reserves the right to contract for similar services from other providers or internally.
