- This project involves all labour and equipment necessary for unlimited 24-hour telephone answering/call-out services to monitor all incoming calls via 613-938-7717, 938-7718 or 613-938-7719 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday to Friday and 24-hour coverage on weekends beginning at 4:30 p.m. Friday until 8:30 a.m. Monday and from 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to a statutory holiday until 8:30 a.m. on the day following the statutory holiday. Bidders must have emergency back-up with the ability to answer calls during a power outage. Bidders must also provide pricing for an additional five (5) days of 24-hour coverage per year not covered by the regular or statutory coverage.
