SCOPE OF WORKThe Work consists of Asphalt Replacement And Site Regrading at 175/195 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, at locations identified by the consultant and on the drawings.The Work consists of the following:.1 Regrading of the site to promote a 2% sloped positive drainage away from all building foundations as indicated per the project drawings and in accordance with applicable municipal guidelines and codes..2 Replacement of the window wells and covers where required..3 Complete removal and replacement of the shared asphalt walkways..4 Removal and replacement of the unit entrance walkways. a. to be replaced with like-for-like asphalt; OR b. to be replaced with new 5” thick concrete walkways; OR c. to be replaced with new interlocking paving stone walkways;.5 Removal and reinstallation of roadway asphalt as per the project drawings, complete with line painting at newly placed asphalt areas..6 Replacement of the concrete steps at unit entrances where required. At wooden covered entrance landings, as indicated, remove, replace concrete landings and reinstate wooden coverings..7 Lowering of catch basins at asphalt replacement areas..8 Repair and clean all areas affected by the Work to the sa!sfac!on of the Consultant..3 The contractor will perform the work required by the specified work items in accordance with the approved construc!on schedule and as directed by the Consultant.
