Tender are invited for Aerodrome Security Request for Proposal
Security Patrol

Summary Details:
The City of Williams Lake is requesting proposals from professional security companies to provide airside presence for commercial scheduled flights at the Williams Lake Airport which shall cover a period of twelve (12) months starting on or about June 1, 2022.
The Williams Lake Regional Airport currently has two commercial airlines Central Mountain Air and Pacific Coastal Airlines with scheduled flights in and out of the Williams Lake Airport with approximately thirteen (13) scheduled flights per week, which may be scheduled to change.
A non mandatory site visit will be held Wednesday, April 27th at 10:00am. Persons must confirm with the City's Procurement & Asset Management Coordinator if they will be attending through email prior to visit at purchasing@williamslake.ca
Attendees at the site visit must follow provincial guidelines and WorkSafeBC requirements and take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission and illness to themselves, City workers, and other participants at the site visit. Full COVID-19 vaccination passport must be shown prior to entering the Airport Terminal Building.
