Notice: Advanced Notice of Intended Procurement Canada Post wants to target Transportation Management System Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in partnership with a System Integrator (SI) Canada Post is hereby providing advanced notice of its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Transportation Management System Software-as-a-Service (TMS SaaS) including Integration and Implementation Services that will be publicly posted through Ariba/Merx. Canada Post is currently targeting end of January 2025 to post the RFP. See preliminary details below: Canada Post will be seeking proposals from TMS SaaS providers (Prime Proposer) and their selected System Integrator Partner (SI Partner) to provide a joint solution that meets the requirements set out in the RFP. The TMS SaaS provider MUST be the Prime Proposer, responsible for the overall proposal submission, including the joint submission with the SI Partner. A TMS SaaS provider (Prime Proposer) may only submit one proposal. The TMS SaaS Proposer (Prime Proposer) MUST be the Software Publisher of the TMS SaaS. Canada Post will not accept Proposals from a Consortium or Joint Venture. Canada Post intends on entering into separate and distinct agreements with each of the TMS SaaS Provider (SaaS Platform) and their SI Partner (System Integration and Implementation Services).
