The proposal is for an inverted motorized microscope with digital cameras and computer station with image acquisition and analysis software. This system will support high resolution and high sensitivity imaging of cells, tissues and organoids using brightfield,phase/contrast and fluorescence illumination. Acquisition and analysis software will provide a user-friendly interface to support a broad range of automated imaging modalities and analysis techniques, including image deconvolution and artificial intelligence assisted image analyses.York will onlyconsider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.
