Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice
The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) is a community-based natural resource management agency that protects, enhances, and sustains healthy watersheds. With over 60 years of experience, the NPCA offers watershed programs and services that focus on flood and hazard management, source water protection, species protection, ecosystem restoration, community stewardship, and land management. The NPCA is one of 36 Conservation Authorities in the Province of Ontario and manages 41 Conservation Areas within the Niagara Peninsula watershed held in public trust for recreation, heritage preservation, conservation, and education.
The NPCA intends to issue by invitation, a Request for Standard Offer of Agreement to establish a Roster of Portable Toilet or Mobile Toilet Service Providers. The purpose of this Advance Procurement Notification is to notify interested parties to provide their contact information, qualifications, experience, availability of inventory, and any other relevant information.
Through the process described in this Advance Procurement Notification, the NPCA anticipates identifying respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the competitive selection process, the Request for Standard Offer of Agreement (the “RFSO”).
