Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project/Program and ServicesThe objective of this program is to provide necessary ‘as and when required' environmental services to Maritime Forces Atlantic Safety and Environment (MARL SE) in support of the MARLANT Maritime Local Operating Areas (MARLOAs) Sustainability Management Program.The intention is to award the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for an initial one-year term with three one-year option extensions if mutually agreed. The initial contract will be awarded to one (1) firm for an approximate value of up to $200,000.00 over one year.
