This is an advance notice of a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThis project will centralize diesel generation through the procurement and installation of 2 x 1.25MVA Diesel Generator-s, with future growth for 4 Diesel Generators as load increases. The project includes installation of motorized breakers at the main switchgear and installation of microgrid controls to expand the existing switchgear and controls. Project includes a 300 kW PV installation, and 3.5MVA of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), fencing as well as civil work for the site. The microgrid controller will respond to demand response requests from the utility as well as providing emergency power in the event of an outage.It is anticipated that the solicitation will proceed as noted in the table below.
