Advance Procurement NoticeDesign-Build Services (MDB Project)ARMOURED COMBAT SUPPORT VEHICLE (ACSV) PROJECT5 CDSB GAGETOWN, NB(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potentialcontract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested Design-Builders an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s) . Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s)will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe Armoured Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) project will deliver new armored combat support vehicles to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).This project will address infrastructure requirementsfor maintenance and storage of ACSV vehicles. A potential location for ACSV infrastructure is at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Gagetown.The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include: The concept development, design, and new construction of a3,700m2 facility for Armoured Combat Support Vehicle, and Associated ancillary site works and utilities.
